Our exciting menu boasts a comforting balance of fine cuisine and homely cooking that is sure to suit all appetites.

 

Our evening three course meal is prepared in house by our chef who has several years experience working in Michelin and Rosette starred restaurants, and worked for great names such as Genarro Contaldo, Jamie Oliver, Mike Robinson, and served by our two experienced hosts. 

 

We offer an early breakfast - allowing you to take full advantage of your ski pass and enjoy a full day on the slopes. Consisting of a hot option, a selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, bread and condiments, as well a selection of juices.

 

Unlimited, carefully selected wine with the evening meal.

 

Champagne reception with canapes.  

 

Daily afternoon tea - There is no better way to recover from a day of carving up some of the finest piste France has to offer, than relaxing with a cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake.

 

We also offer a flexible high tea service for children's evening meals

Butternut squash soup with a poached hen's egg & chive oil.

Mains 

Lamb chumps with creamed spinach, garlic & rosemary pomme fondants with a red wine jus & pumpkin crisps.

(V) Goats cheese, caramelised onion and pine nut tart served with mediterranean cous-cous & sauce vierge.

Dessert

Chocolate brownie with a winter berry compote, griotten cherries & cream.
